PAYMENT TERMS A non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the total booking value is required to secure the date. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the wedding date. TERMS & CONDITIONS Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once the completed booking form and the 25% booking fee have been received. Cancellation by Client: More than 90 days before the event: Deposit retained. 31–90 days before the event: 50% of the total booking fee payable. 30 days or less before the event: 100% of the total booking fee payable. Cancellation by Performer: Every effort will be made to source a suitable replacement performer. If this is not possible, all monies paid will be refunded. Venue Requirements: Safe performance space, power supply, suitable shelter and access for loading/unloading. Photography & Promotion: Photos and short video clips may be used for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for events beyond reasonable control. Liability: Liability is limited to the total booking value paid by the client.
