PAYMENT TERMS A non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the total booking value is required to secure the performance date. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Lizzie Reynolds Vocalist. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. For regular venues and corporate clients, payment terms may be agreed separately. TERMS & CONDITIONS Booking Confirmation: The booking is only confirmed once the completed booking form and required deposit have been received. Cancellation by Client Unless Rearranged: All booking fees are non-refundable. If the booking is cancelled and an alternative date cannot be agreed, 14 days or less before the event: 25% of the total booking fee payable. Cancellation by Performer: Every effort will be made to arrange a suitable replacement performer. If this is not possible, all monies paid shall be refunded in full. Venue Requirements: Adequate performance space, electrical supply, safe performance conditions, suitable shelter and safe loading access. Sound Levels: The performer will comply with reasonable venue sound restrictions. Photography & Promotion: Photos and short video clips may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control. Liability: Liability shall be limited to the total booking value paid.
